This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and Electronic Commerce Act 2006 of Malaysia.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is not as described on our website or invoice.
- The request is made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
For quality, hygiene, and software licensing reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or activated software, digital downloads, or license keys
- Consumables (e.g., printer ink, toners, cables, etc.) that have been used or unsealed
- Customized or pre-assembled systems made to order
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Include your order number, contact details, photos/videos of the item, and a brief explanation. -
Evaluation
Our support team will verify your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions. -
Return Shipping

If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

If the product is returned for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.-
Replacement: A new item will be shipped (subject to availability).

Refund: If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your parcel upon delivery.
If you find any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving your order for prompt resolution.
5. Warranty Claims
Most of our products include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand.
Customers must provide a valid receipt/invoice and ensure the item is returned in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage or wear and tear
- Misuse, power surges, or unauthorised modifications
- Software or data issues unrelated to hardware defects
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before payment or dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return following the above process.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after product inspection.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
